It's been about 2 1/2 months since we got a new episode of That's so Raven, with only 1 more episode left in the series to air. But, are they ever going to air it? My guess is that they'll air it during their summer stunts, probably in their next "Night of Premieres". I also heard a rumor that they were going to air it as an online thing only.

I know the popularity of the show is at an alltime low. It has been shuffled around on Disney, and is no longer airing regulary anymore. Does anyone have any ideas?

well it'll definitely air, it has already aired overseas. I know that Disney always wait a while before showing the very last episode, I remember with Lizzie McGuire there was a long wait between the 2nd last and last episode too. It'll probably air during the summer

Cindy starts smoking and Cory takes the cigarette away from her. But Raven finds it and jumps to the wrong conclusions.

Do you know when the That's so Raven! movie will premiere? I heard it has been in production, but is not slated to premiere yet.

there isn't a That's So Raven movie.

I didn't think so either. Besides, they should've struck when the iron was hot and they didn't. The show is well past it's prime. I haven't seen Raven since Cheetah Girls 2. I think she's trying to distance herself from Disney.

There actually was an announcement regarding a movie in 2004, and it was set to be released in 2005, but nothing ever came of it.

She's not really distancing herself from Disney. She starts filming a new movie for Walt Disney Pictures on July 8, she's signed up for the Walt Disney remake of Adventures In Babysitting and she recently sold a movie idea to Walt Disney Pictures and she'll produce the movie. So she's got a Disney-fied schedule

Well, let me rephrase that and say that she's moving away from the spotlight of "That's So Raven"... and if that's wrong, too- I don't care.

Yeah, she definitely does not seem to want anything to do with "That's so Raven" any longer.

It is definitely airing.

In new commercials about the summer that have been showing on Disney Channel for a few weeks, clips from the episode have been in there.

So, they will definitely play it sooner or later this summer.

Hopefully soon, and in a good slot. The last new episode they aired was at
7pm, which was too early for me.

That's an odd note to end the show on. Did they know at the time that that would be their last episode?

And I think the whole "Cory in the House" deal killed the idea of a TSR movie, if there ever was to be one lol.

I have to agree, it is somewhat odd. They did not know that it would be the last episode--it was supposed to be "The Way We Were" as an ending.

I never thought there would be a TSR movie, but I don't think "Cory in the House" "killed" it. They could still do the movie if they all wanted to, though I doubt it would do so well because of Hannah Montana & High School Musical's hypnotic effect on most Disney Channel viewers. As it stands, though, CITH is doing a good job for Disney's first spin-off.

yeah, like itsmytime said, it wasn't supposed to be the last episode. The Way We Were was the last "real" episode filmed...the very last episode taped was Checkin' Out, which wasn't really a proper episode.

I think both episodes are bad as a finale. The producers had to know that this season was going to be the last, so the last they could have done was film a good, hour long finale.

they had already done a finale though - Vision Impossible was intended to be the series finale before the show was extended to 100 episodes. They obviously felt that VI as the best finale they could give us.

I didn't know that, but yeah. "Vision Imposssible" would have been a perfect ending for That's So Raven.

Maybe they'll do some kind of marathon or something, to let everyone know it's ending, like they did with Lizzie McGuire.

They should, but I don't think they will.

But, "Where There's Smoke" will definitely air this summer, so look out for it :)

Well, I hope so because TSR is not on Disney channel that much now. Just once a week now. :(

We get it way more than that don't we? It airs every weekday at 10:00 am and 10:00 pm, plus with at least 2 episodes inbetween every day. It isn't airing in the best slots, but at least it is still airing decently.

And, yeah, VI would have been a perfect ending. But, they could hav given us a little something better for the real finale.

me either. lol

but, that's awesome how you can make DVDs with the episodes. I'd love to know how to do that, just in case they never put the whole series on DVD.

(I mean, I can record them on a VHS cassette, but DVDs last forever and videotapes don't. lol)

So you just get a blank DVD disc, and then burn it to make your own collection, I guess

That's a good way to have all of them

I do hope they put TSR on DVD--all 4 seasons. Or a set of DVDs of the whole show sold together for $80-$100

I'd buy it.
