I'm looking to invest in a quick way to duplicate DVDs. I am under the impression that there are options out there aside from real time recording, much like when you burn a CD and it takes half the time or less of the total play time.

I am wondering what people suggest to purchase for this.

Also, for those people who use Mac's, specifically MacBook's, what do you use for DVD burning aside from iMovie or iDVD, if you want just your basic title screen but none of the fancy stuff iDVD provides.

I agree. That's the one I have and it works great. DVDs will copy in about 7 minutes using 16x discs and CDs take about 2-3 minutes.

looks like it will duplicate a duallayer dvd to a blank duallayer dvd, but it probably won't compress a duallayer to a regular dvd5. Also won't copy copyguarded (or copyrighted?) dvds.
