View Full Version : Katie Couric hits a new low in the ratings TVFactFan 05-31-2007, 10:03 AM The CBS evening News had 6.05 million viewers at the start of May Sweeps and managed to attract just 5.9 million viewers. That's the first time CBS evening News had ever fallen below 6 million viewers. BUT, CBS said they will continue to be patience with katie and see how everything looks after one year. If that had happened, Katie would most likely still be at NBC, Meredith Viera at ABC and alot of the crap with Rosie would never have taken place.
