...who will be in it???

Johnny Depp has said he would be game (but really, who could turn down a $40-50 million payday?), and the screenwriters have expressed interest.

Jerry Bruckheimer:

“We’ve been working on this trilogy for 5 1/2 years, and the latest one was just a monster,” he told the Los Angeles Times. “It’s always about making sure you have a great story with interesting plots, themes and characters. We’ll see what happens.”

I guess we'll wait and see, the title sounds interesting.

I want to see more, if Johnny comes back and if it's a good story. I love my pirates!

I really don't get the hype with these movies. They aren't that good to me.

I know Disney wants to keep cranking out "Pirates" movies because they're raking in a few billion dollars, but for crying out loud, give it a rest for a few years!

There be a backlash on the horizon Captain!

I really enjoyed the trilogy, but I think they should sorta quit while they're ahead. It has to end sometime and I thought Pirates 3 ended more than perfectly. Not that I wouldn't go and see a fourth because I would, but I feel like the story was told and it was done right.

I'd only go if Barbosa was in it.

If they say it's a go, the Pirate's movie would be a spin off, because the trilogy of course has ended. Plus they wouldn't start film #4 for awhile. But I don't want them to end up like Rocky 15 or something.

I wouldn't mind seeing a few more, as long as they keep Johnny Depp in it.

When it comes to movie series, the moviemakers never quit when they're ahead (i.e. Police Academy, Home Alone, etc.). I've never seen the latest Rocky movie, so I'll withhold judging Stallone until I do.

i agree i think they should just stop cause i hate to see them ruin a good trilogy like this
