View Full Version : All the items on the table and the walls?
Ireneparalegal 05-28-2007, 06:59 PM First of all, that afghan on the couch was first seen (I think) on the show AMEN. On that show, it was also used on the living room couch.
Just had to throw that in.
As for that table/dresser table against the wall behind that couch, there are all kinds of things on there. I see what looks like a godzilla toy. On that wall it looks like there are Elvis plates. The wall on the right hand side of the door we see dogs playing cards.
What else do you see?

On that piece of furniture behind the couch to the left of godzilla there is one of those glass and brass lamps that turns on by touch.
There is an episode where Dan and Roseanne are fighting and they mess up the room. Roseanne throws the godzilla through the TV. I wonder if the godzilla is back in its place after that episode?
coffield3 05-29-2007, 11:37 PM There was always a rag doll with red hair and no face,tv guides on the table!
also the family photo graph was on the table with the touch lamp and the godzilla thing!;)
Jason16 05-31-2007, 05:48 AM In the season 7 episode Girl Talk, in the scene where Roseanne is talking to David in DJ's room a picture of DJ and neighbour Molly from season 5 can be seen on the wall behind Roseanne.

Wow! Thanks, Jason. I would have never noticed that. I'll have to look for it!

Gonna have to check that out. Thanx.
Also, the kitchen in the first season was different. The cabinets seemed more modern. After that season, they changed them something more "blah". I didn't like them, but I guess that was for realism.
The kitchen phone is the only phone I have ever seen in the house. That phone reminds me of the phone we used to have in our kitchen when I was a teen. Dang, that cord could stretch for miles.

I seen it last night. I was watching the barbecue episode where Nana Mary visits and there was the grenade in the window sill.
I also notice the plates hanging near the phone. One of them is a trout coming out of the water. Sooooo tacky.
I notice their large wall where they keep their canned goods always seem to have those real large industrial size cans of food. It must be corn and maybe some sort of sauce. I always wondered why that wall of canned goods was never a cabinet of some sort. I would hate to see a bunch of cans exposed like that in my kitchen.

Same in our house! Everyone could overhear everything I said. When a guy called, I had to stretch that thing out of the kitchen, through the accordion door, around the corner and down the hall or out the front door!
Irene: didn't Roseanne have a phone in her bedroom? I wasn't sure if she made those emergency calls to Officer Harris from her bedroom the night Arnie kissed her.
I don't remember a phone in there other times, though.
cheesecakehead 01-04-2010, 09:54 AM It was there in earlier episodes, but yeah it wasn't there in later episodes. Yes, she called Jackie at the police station from the phone in her bedroom after Arnie kissed her.
cheesecakehead 01-06-2010, 05:30 AM I liked how Dan had the family picture they took in the season 1 episode The Memory Game, hanging on the wall at the bike shop behind the counter in the front of the store. The picture had been previously seen on the piece of furniture that's against the wall behind the couch, on the mantle above the fire place, and on the dresser in Roseanne and Dan's room. One of my favorites is the school picture of D.J. on the nightstand in Roseanne and Dan's room.
