ESTHER: Everyone in MY family is BEAUTIFUL.

FRED: What?

ESTHER: YOU heard me.

FRED: Esther, for years people were goin' around saying 'Black Is Beautiful'. Well, they took one look at yo family and said 'HOLD EVERYTHING!'

and another episode, when they were coming back from a funeral:

ESTHER: Didn't he look nice all layed out like that?

FRED: Let's talk about something else.

ESTHER: But it was lovely. There was a beautiful spread about it in the Mortician's Digest, too.

BUBBA: What do you know about the Mortician's Digest Esther?

FRED: She POSED for the CENTERFOLD.
