LOS ANGELES -- Tom Arnold has filed for divorce from his third wife, Shelby Roos, after five years of marriage, according to court documents.
Arnold filed for divorce on Monday in Los Angeles Superior Court citing "irreconcilable differences." The actor-comedian and Roos have no children.
The couple married in 2002 and split briefly in August 2006 after Arnold filed a petition for legal separation. Six months later, Arnold asked a judge to dismiss that request while the couple attempted to work things out.
Arnold was previously married to comic actress Roseanne Barr. They divorced in 1994 after nearly four years of marriage. He was married to Julie Lynne Champnella from 1995 to 1999.
Arnold's screen credits include "Soul Plane," "McHale's Navy" and "True Lies."
