The Soap Opera "As the World Turns" spoofed "Happy Days" last year as a part of their 50th Anniversary Celebration. It's got some Laverne & Shirley stuff in there too. L&S first appear around the 2:30 mark.

You've got to wait for about 45 seconds at the beginning until the "Happy Days" spoof begins. It has Richie, Fonzie, Marion, Howard, Laverne, and Shirley. It lasts about 8 minutes -- here's the link, it's worth it:
