The Soap Opera "As the World Turns" spoofed "Happy Days" last year as a part of their 50th Anniversary Celebration.

You've got to wait for about 45 seconds at the beginning until the "Happy Days" spoof begins. It has Richie, Fonzie, Marion, Howard, Laverne, and Shirley. It lasts about 8 minutes -- here's the link, it's worth it:
