In the "Pharmacist", Tommy cuts Biology class by claiming to feel sick. Instead of going along with the lie, he admits to his Mom that he was faking. Then he admits to his Mom that he didn't study for a test and wanted to study with a kid who is a great cheater.

To wrap up his stupidity, he admits to his Mom that he looks at Playboy magazine. Tommy needs to learn to lie! LOL
