While going thru my extensive archives over the weekend I found a odd 1989 Nick @ Nite original special called "Cartoon Lost & Found" hosted by Adam West, the premise he is the caretaker of the cartoon lost and found, he them proceeds to play lots of clips of classic toons. This was of course produced before Viacom ruined Nick with modern shows played along side adult oriented sitcoms. I am far from a prude but i find it very offensive that shows like Roseanne & Murphy Brown and soon Mad About You are scheduled near shows like Full House & Fresh Prince on a so-called kids network that caters to very young children during the day. Kids are now 24/7 and they only know channel numbers and shouldn't be exposed to Roseanne and menapause jokes, well I'll get off my soapbox and try to return to my original topic. The cartoon special was certainly enjoyable and brought back some great memories!
