I know that Brandon Cruz and Bill Bixby spent a lot of time together on weekends. I noticed that Bill Bixby sure looked worried about Brandon Cruz (he was squinting a lot) in the scene in the kitchen in Episode # 69.
Afterwards, he probably told Brandon that he (Brandon) should get glasses. Bill Bixby was very close to Brandon Cruz and they sure acted like father and son.

Yeah, old topic, nobody kill me for bumping it up. Yeah, they did act like father and son. Got together for a reunion on the one of the Hulk episodes too.

Brandon was from a broken home, and Bill was a surrogate father to him. And Bill really cared. He seemed like such a great dad.
