Former Charlie's Angels star Farrah Fawcett's cancer has returned just three months after the actress was given the all-clear by doctors in February this year.
Medics reportedly discovered a new cancer outbreak during a routine check-up, but insiders state Fawcett will not have to undergo chemotherapy again.
Instead, according to TV news show Extra, doctors will plant a seed-like device, which emits radiation, in the diseased area in an effort to kill off the cancer cells.
