The Cast Members that clearly aged were
Isabel Sanford(she may have aged but she still look good)
Sherman Hemsley(gained a bit of weight in the later years and started to loose his hair around the 6th or 7th Season)
Marla Gibbs(In 1975 she look like she was 30 o31 in 1985 she looked somewhere from 46-48 years old)
Franklin Cover(his hair was darker in season 1 but but the last few years he gained more weight)
Paul Benidict
the cast member that didn't age that much
Roxie Roker(she aged by the last years by not very much)
Berlinda Tolbert(to me she stayed the same)
Mike Evans(he stayed the same too but by the 11th season he was a bit different)
the cast members that never aged
Damon Evans(wasn't there very long)
Zara Cully(she didn't aged that much until like season 3, but you could tell her illness was showing)

Sherman Hemsley's hair was dyed grey at the top in the 70s but by the last season or so it looked like he was going grey for real so he dyed his hair dark. Isabel's true age was only noticeable when she took off her wigs. Mike Evans' hairline was beginning to recede in year 11. I agree that Marla Gibbs never looked like a 30 year old on this series. She always looked 40 plus. Zara Cully looked poorly in season 4.

I think the entire cast aged, some more than others. It's rare that a person looks the same way that they did 10 years ago. It seemed to me that Isabel Sanford aged the most. She was an extremely pretty woman from start to finish on the show; however, towards the end, her age caught up with her. Before that, she didn't look 20 years older than Sherman or whatever it was, but at the end...she sort of did, to me anyway.

She sure did at the end. Roxie Roker was beginning to show her age as well. Those hairstyles toward the end was not age appropriate for her to wear. Belinda Tolbert I can see wearing those styles.
The worse aging on the show was Zara Cully when her illness was showing when she came back for the one episode in season three. It was really bad in season 4 on the grand opening episode. You can tell she was pushing herself and if you watch carefully she had to be helped getting around a bit. She was very sick and her passing did put a hole in the show because Mother Jefferson brought the worse out in Louise and provided great comedy.

Louise looked like 48 in season 1 then by season 2 she looked 42 or 43 and in the last season she looked to be about 54 or 55.
George looked 55 in season 1 then by the 11th season he looked about 46 or 47.
have you notice how Skinny Sherman Hemsley(George) is in the Fourth season of All In The Family(The 1973-74 season)and the First and Second season of The Jeffersons compared to season 8-11 of The Jeffersons and when he was role on Amen?.

Zara Cully was in her mid-80s and always looked it, to me anyway. She looked older and very sick towards the end. It was sad to see.
