View Full Version : Who Were the "Best" Best-Friends? Madame X 05-15-2007, 01:34 AM :) Sorry! I wanted to delete this error but I can't. AB 05-15-2007, 02:43 PM I've had that happen a couple of times too. Madame X 05-15-2007, 02:49 PM Thanks, Annball. This is my first poll that I posted and obvioulsy I didn't completely understand how to do it! TJL 05-15-2007, 02:59 PM Can we still contribute to this thread? ;) mstewart 05-15-2007, 04:26 PM Kate & Allie - two extreme opposites but always there for each other Mary Richards and Rhoda Morgenstern - another Kate and Allie like friendship where they were extreme opposites with different goals in life but somehow the sisterhood love is strong. Millie Helper and Laura Petrie - TV's underrated best friends and too bad there were not more storylines involving them on The Dick Van Dyke Show. Mary Tyler Moore and Ann Morgan Guibert did some of the best comedy together on that show. On TDVDS Revisited in 2004 Ann stole the show and nailed Millie Helper like she did on the original. Joey Gladstone and Danny Tanner - way back in high school. Those were two characters if I had been Jesse I would popped both of them. Their neurotic ways got on my nerves. Jesse was the man. AB 05-15-2007, 04:33 PM Ritchie Cunningham & Potsie Webber on Happy Days, were really good friends. Rob Petrie and Jerry Helper were best friends. Fleet 05-15-2007, 04:37 PM Laverne & Shirley Starsky & Hutch TJL 05-15-2007, 04:43 PM Felix Unger and Oscar Madison. Two guys that were complete opposites, but still managed to be good friends. benjamoon 05-15-2007, 04:51 PM Mary and Rhoda and of course, Lucy and Ethel AB 05-15-2007, 05:36 PM Bob and Jerry on The Bob Newhart Show Lenny and Squiggy from The Laverne & Shirley Show Madame X 05-15-2007, 05:49 PM Can we still contribute to this thread? ;) Yes! Please see the poll that I intended to set up. ChanandMon 05-15-2007, 07:16 PM Joey and Chandler AB 05-16-2007, 02:03 PM Rachel & Monica from Friends. Fran & Val from The Nanny. WilCap 05-16-2007, 02:06 PM I always thought Cory and Shawn from Boy Meets World were the 'best' best friends. They did almost anything for each other. comedyfreak 05-16-2007, 05:09 PM Richie Cunningham, Potsie Webber, and Ralph Malph were all best friends and always hung out together. Alex P Keaton and Skippy Mike Seaver and Boner Claude Casey and Ramona Platt-Less Than Perfect Lydia Weston and Zachary Levi-Less Than Perfect Carl Monari and Owen Kronsky-Less Than Perfect Steven and Eric Foreman-That 70's Show Fez and Kelso-That 70's Show Donna and Jackie-That 70's Show Fred Flintstone and Barney Rubble-The Flintstones Ralph Kramden and Ed Norton-The Honeymooners Officers Gunther Toodey and Frances Muldoone-Car 54 Where Are You? AB 05-17-2007, 04:17 PM Gilligan and the Skipper were best buddies. blue4t 05-23-2007, 03:10 PM Cory Matthews & Shawn Hunter (Boy Meets World): They were so much best friends they were almost like a gay couple. They even had episodes revolving around this, like the one where Shawn's girlfriend didn't want him hanging around Cory and then there's the wedding. Joey & Chandler (FRIENDS): They became close after being roommates. When Joey moved out, it crushed Chandler so much. Joey was equally, if not more so, crushed when Chandler was moving across the hall, because it was the end of an era. They hugged a lot. Monica & Rachel (FRIENDS): They were best friends in high school, but fell apart in college. After getting back together after Rachel runs away from her wedding (which Monica was not invited to), they became close. They were both deeply upset when Rachel moved out so Chandler and Monica could live together. Turk & JD (Scrubs): Just like C&S, they are like a gay couple. JD can imitate Turk's voice. They lived together, even after Turk got married. Joey & Danny (Full House): Danny needs someone to help raise his kids, he asks Joey to help out. They've been friends since that day in elementary school when they met on the playground. Ohio8 05-23-2007, 04:47 PM Sanford and Son Fred, Grady and Bubba. Friends Chandler, Joey and Ross.
