I'm sure most of you remember this one and it was even on LRW recently. He is the sleaze who raped several female members of an Explorer Scout troop whom he was supposed to be mentoring. Btw after 17 years on the run LRW did an update and said that he was FINALLY captured and began serving his sentence (prior to that he hadn't spent one day in jail)! If this case isn't sickening enough it really infuriates me that his girlfriend wasn't charged with anything and the way the lady interviewed in the segment talked she was treated as a victim!!! Isn't that totally ludicrous!!! :mad: I don't care how bad your self esteem is and how bad she wanted to "please" her boyfriend, watching and possibly even helping him rape teenage girls is indefensible and she should have certainly been charged with something!! Anyone else agree?

In any case, I think the whole "I-really-want-to-please-my-boyfriend-so-I'll- let-him-physically-and-emotionally-scar-young-girls" act is kinda tired. We see it a lot, and in my mind, it's just a tactic to avoid accountability.

I found his information. I believe he is still locked up but won't be for too much longer because it says his maximum release date is in May/2012

I wonder if DiPalma's girlfriend testified against him in exchange for immunity or a similar deal. That might explain why she wasn't charged.
