No, in a couple (at least) eps they show a delivery truck coming by with a big wooden box for the Clampetts that has all kinds of vittles from 'back home' [buckets of crawdads, et al], sent by Pearl. I suppose even in BH they can't just completely ignore that they live on stuff to eat it would be impossible to get witout some little explanatory excuse.

Miss Hathaway introduced the clan to farming, taking them to see the different farms around the area so they could see how food was grown and taken to the supermarkets. It was in the episode where Granny wanted to plow up the front yard for planting food.
