The new Munster movie by the Wayons brothers?

According to Wikipedia, the movie is no longer in production because of funding.
Many remake attempts since the original series and none of them really captured the original.

Well that's too bad, I was sort of hoping.

Personally I'd rather see no remake if it can't be done properly. Quality over quantity.. so to speak.
