I haven't seen the episode yet, but I know it is not one of the best. So you prefer Alice to revolve around Mel and the waitresess?

It wasn't a bad episode. The one when Mel's mom comes to visit, those episodes suck.

who played the Indian man

Don Chastain

Don Chastain

Actually, it was Victor Jory. Don Chastain played Ted (the guy with the mustache that came into the diner and asked Flo out. He played Ted in several episodes). Also noticed Boyd Bodwell uncredited, the guy who the Indian chased out of his seat. He was the one of the cops on the episode "Close Encounters of the Worst Kind" on the TV favorites DVD.

edit: Loks like he may have played "Tad" in this episode, not Ted. One of the online tv listings (TitanTV) shows Don Chastain as Tad.

You know something? This may be dumb, but when the Lakota commercial came on, I thought that guy was the one who played the indian in that episode! They do talk alike, anyway.

That is so funny. I always wondered if the commercials I see are also seen by everyone else. I know that at least one commercial is a local commercial (meaning a local business) therefore, I know you guys don't see it, but I always wondered how many of the other commercials are also seen nationwide.

Except Victor Jory died 25 years ago, so that would have been quite a feat ;) :D
