i leave this week for m first offiial leave town vacation in three years. it's not my dream vacation but as they say i'm gettig outta dodge lol

Sat we go off to Nags Head, NC for our annual trip with my folks there for a week. We'll return the following friday. I'll have my moms laptop with me so I will be able to still get online. And she got high speed internet up there. So I will be able to fly on here... :)

I can't WAIT till I can go on vacation..... 14 more days of school.....

BTW I am going to Europe this summer to see my son... he is stationed in the army over there..... I have never been.... :clap: Something to look foward to.

Is he in Germany? I was stationed there when I was in the army. You'll love Europe from the cobblestone streets to the castles. And if he's on base you'll still have a little USA in a foreign land.

Actually he is stationed in Belgium at the NATO base. He is assigned to SHAPE. He does visit a lot of other places tho, and goes to Germany quite a bit on miltary business. We are looking foward to it. Raising three kids didn't give us much time or money to travel when we were younger, so now we are free (the kids are all adults now) and we just refinanced our house, so we have the money to do this..... My only problem is the flying, but I will be OK! LOL

Oh, and we are planning on staying in as many military base hotels as we can, to save money. He got leave, so he will be traveling with us.

Just think of Freddie when you're flying lol. We made it down to Nags Head. THey finally got high speed dsl internet. Wheee...

I'm back from my trip and had a wonderful time!!!! came home to some computer complications but i'm back in full force now!

Welcome back! :) We came back from Nags Head Fri nite It was nice to have high speed internet there. I was able to watch some of Suzannes videos without them crapping out on me (stupid dialup) lol...
