Wanted, a 1971 TV movie called "Love Hate Love"

It aired in early February 1971, and starred Lesley Warren (without the "Ann" in her name), Ryan O'Neal (fresh from the success of "Love Story")and Peter Haskell.

She was a fashion model who left her psycho boyfriend (Haskell) to marry engineer O'Neal, but Haskell keeps stalking them.
