I ate a nice steak dinner tonight and I was wondering how does everybody else like their steaks cooked? I like mine medium well. My mom likes hers medium rare, but that's way to red for me.

Medium. Well-done makes it too dry.

Not much into steak these days, but I was always one for medium. They always overcook it in restaurants, yet if I order it medium rare, they get it right.

i dont like steak that much. but when its not done too well its pretty good. im not gonna say a name though because i dont get the difference between meduim well and meduim rare...i guess meduim well is more towards well and medium rare is more towards rare?
