You get to thinking about other things and just miss out on something you really wanted to see. But with the Remind feature, you can set that and never miss a Program you want to see. I guess that's why Comcast Cable is so worth the money I pay every month.

I feel asslep earlier this evening and forgot I set the reminder to watch 20/20. And that's what made me realize how great the feature was because after I woke up, I was not even thinking about 20/20 until the reminder came up on the screen at 9:59pm-lol

I don't even know how to use the feature, but my husband uses it all the time.

I agree....I got the 3 for $99 special which includes, Internet, Cable, and Phone. Otherwise I'd pay $122.00 I also have the HD cable box.

Well I'm not sure who started it, but it's still one of the best inventions this decade for cable
