Remember our conversation a while back where we felt she would not get jail time. :lol:

Paris' mother was being a bit testy in the courtroom. She was laughing and asking the prosecutors for their autographs. She also stated this outside the courtroom to the cameras. Now we know why Paris thinks she is above the law. Apparently her mother thinks she is.

Paris was also TEN MINUTES LATE TO COURT. A big NO NO. Paris was also supposed to sign up for alcohol classes which is required of every person who is guilty of D.U.I. in California. She had til January of this year to do this. She never did. She was sentenced to 90 days in jail, but only required to do half, hence the 45 days she will have to do.

She was given so many chances, yet still ****ed up. Hopefully this will teach her a lesson, yet despite her stupidity, I can't help feeling sorry for her.

It's too bad tackiness isn't a crime she'd be in for life. ;)

When Paris was caught (the second time I believe) she was speeding and driving without her headlights on in the dark. That was the reason she was pulled over.
