Yeah? What's the big deal about being fat? If anything, sounds to me like Mandy is someone who doesn't put everything on appearance, but if the guy's an idiot, that's different. ;)

I gotta disagreed Solomon - although I think society's loosened up a bit on fat women, we were always shunned for being even "chubby". Guys were called "husky" and could get away with more. It's probably evened out a bit the past decade tho.

Wait 'til you go to a highschool reunion in about 10 - 20 years. It's a riot. Most of the ones who were "rails" in school are now the hefties, and the ones you figured would have ballooned got it under control. Just one of life's "balancing" ploys I think! :lol:

lol - you've seen those personal ads tho - they always seem to go up a notch in descriptions: single, (she's been dumped a number of times or has never had a relationship) attractive (means she has two heads), full-figured (means she weighs 300 lbs and is 4'8"), natural (means she doesn't shave armpits or legs) lady (well beyond girl - she's in her late thirties), seeks unattached male (she's hetro and willing to take on anything breathing) for long walks (she doesn't own a car).

A guy describing himself as "husky" could well mean about the same thing! ;)

(like real estate ads - "stepsaver kitchen" means it's a closet with a sink and stove). lol
