I like this one, from "Benson In The Hospital", when Katie has to decide between keeping her new cat or letting Benson stay working at the mansion (Benson is allergic to cats):

"I'm gonna miss you, Benson."

My fave line is in "Getting Even" when Clayton tells her something like: Come on, munchkin, off to bed" -- something really silly coming from him, and Katie sort of rolls her eyes and says "Oh, brother." The way she says it cracks me up. I always think of her when *I* say it now.

Her most realistic-sounding line (don't quite know how else to put that) was in "Katie’s Romance" when she says "He's *so* cute!" about Pete. She really sounded like she meant it.

Of course, Pete is cute! :-D

Yeah, she got in some really good ones when it came to Clayton. I remember one episode when he said "and how's my favorite little sixth-grader today?" And she replied, "Give it a rest, huh Clayton?"

The episode where Clayton was spelling out doctor to Kraus thinking that Katie wouldn't know what they were talking about. The problem was that Katie was like fourteen years old at the time. When she looked up at him and said,Clayton that was S-T-U-P-I-D and then just keeps looking up at him with that cute little smile on her face. That was so hilarious.

Oh yeah--that was when Clayton asked Kraus if she spoke to the "D-O-C-T-O-R" (as if she couldn't spell)--she got him back good there! :D

I also like this one, when Clayton says to Katie, "We've got our own little Ralph Nader!" and she says back to him, "Clayton, if I were Ralph Nader, I'd have YOU recalled."

I just thought of one from the last season involving Clayton. It was the episode where Clayton invested some of Benson's money into buying a Bassset hound to use for a stud-service. Katie was in Benson's office after a walk with the dog and when she got up to leave the office the exchange between her and Clayton went something like. Katie: ( So long Cutie.) Clayton: ( See you later.) Katie: ( I was talking to the dog Clayton.)

How about when Katie was the witch in the school play ("Conflict of Interest") and Kraus is messing up the controls on the board? Katie ends up on the wires into the backstage area. Then Marcy comes in:

Marcy: Katie, aren't you supposed to be out there?
Katie: Yeah.
Marcy: Then what are you doing here?
Katie: Oh, just hanging around.

Just the way she said it was hilarious.
