I personally think they were downplaying that side of Howard, for a couple of reasons. One, Bill Daily had played a bachelor "man about town" before, in I Dream of Jeannie. Second, he was in the middle of a divorce during the run of TBNS. I might be wrong, but that's the way it seemed to me. catlover79 05-01-2007, 11:38 AM Jerry - no contest. Don't forget that Howard, being an airline navigator, was out of the country a lot and probably had a lot of dates with foreign women and/or stewardesses while he was away. That's why we saw more of Jerry's dates - with the exception of Courtney (Gail Strickland) - they were all local. :lol: |
