Yes, that's a rarity. And it's really coincidental that both Frasier and its parent show, Cheers, lasted exactly 11 seasons each.

The Jeffersons

Another good one would be Empty Nest, the spin-off of Golden Girls. It ran for 7 successful years from 1988 to 1995. It lasted exactly as long as Golden Girls (7 years).

Even though this is not a sitcom, Dallas spun off Knots Landing. Dallas ran from 1978-1991, and Knots lasted even longer, from 1979-1993.
