I'm extremely happe for Louisville's Okoye. He's a great guy, wonderful story - I'm a huge fan of Louisville anyway - and he's a quality player that Houston could feasibly get two decades of quality work from. Hopefully.

I saw this coming-my team, the Super Bowl Champion Indianapolis Colts on day one of the NFL Draft, bring in a couple of Ohio State Buckeyes, namely WR Anthony Gonzalez and DT Quinn Pitcock, to go along with Arkansas OL Tony Ugoh and California DB Daymeion Hughes. No doubt Tony Dungy will be on the telephone with Jim Tressel. Of course, the Colts have been good with regional talent: Anthony Gonzalez is from Cleveland(OL Tarik Glenn's birth city) and Quinn Pitcock is from Piqua, 30 miles north of Dayton. Perhaps if Ohio State RB Antonio Pittman is available on day two of the draft, the Colts might get him, too. They can also add another LB and DB on day two.

I heard him mess up one time he called this the 2000 draft when he was announcing brady quinn. anyways I like what my cowboys have done trading thier pick this year for the browns 1st rd pick next year was a good idea cause the browns will probably be in the top 10 or 5 in the picks next year. So far, the Colts have drafted mostly defense, especially Ohio State DT Quinn Pitcock. Look at the link, click on the Colts' draft picks, then get back with me. As of the 7th and final round of this year's draft, the Colts now have a total of 7 defensive draft picks, rounding it out with the addition of Texas Tech DL Keyunta Dawson. The Colts eliminated a need for a FB when they resigned specialist Dan Klecko, and my guess is primary FB James Mungro will return. For an offense-oriented team, defense was obviously the story in this year's draft, but there's the upcoming supplemental draft as well as college free agency to possibly address some further needs.
