there were 2 actors who did the voice on the loudspeaker; Todd Susman & Sal Viscusi. Sal Viscusi; as another poster said; was also on the show once. He played a soldier in an early episode who asked Hawkeye and Trapper to give him a "nose job". And Todd Susman was in it a couple times. He played a soldier in a Col. Potter/Charles/B.J. episode who told Fr. Mulcahey the location of some stolen morphine ("under the old school bell").
He was also in a "letter episode" as a soldier who was in an ambulance crash. He was talking to Fr. Mulcahey; and when he said "I'm not getting back on that ambulance, Father", Mulcahey said they'd put him on "a nice, slow, boat" and he'd be home in "6 or 7 months, at the least".

I read somewhere that Jamie Farr also did the loudspeaker for the pilot epsidoe, but I don't remember where I saw that, and it really doesn't sound like him.

For those who don't know who that is, Sal played Corrine's husband (and former priest) on Soap.
