I have all the WKRP episodes on tape with the music substitutes but the "Turkeys Away" episode does not cut the Pink Floyd Animals scene even though I heard it was clipped on the DVD set. If that's the case, I'll gladly keep my tapes.

Yes, those reruns changed a lot of music but kept some songs -- more than the new DVD set anyway.

Here are the songs that were kept in those reruns (Nick at Nite etc) but are cut on the Fox DVD:

Tornado: "Goon Squad" by Elvis Costello
Young Master Carlson: "Soul Man"
Never Leave Me Lucille: "Heartbreak Hotel," "Everybody Rock and Roll the Place"
I Do, I Do, For Now: Jennifer's Doorbell playing "Fly Me to the Moon"

If Fox had paid for those songs, the set would be more palatable. But they didn't....
