Last night I was watching television when a man mentioned the classic game GNIP GNOP. I knew the name but couldn't remember the actual game. While searching I found this site. Mrs. Beasley Doll is featured on here too. The infamous doll from Family Affair.

I vaguely remember Gnip Gnop. I think we had some great games when we were kids, well, I thought they were cool. Battleship, Connect Four, Trouble, Sorry! In fact, my family still likes to play boards games from time to time. I think those games are still sold at Wal-mart.

I do!i was just going to post a thread asking if anyone remembered sit n spin those were so much fun i had the red white and blue one . i had a gnip gnop game too. i its funny because i lived in cal. at the same time you did durning our childhoods i wonder if we ever bumped into each other at the two guys or treasurey toy department and didnt know it or maybe the 7 11 in stanton i used to go there and get slurpees all the time about 30 years ago

That one rocked!

My brother had the Rock Em Sock Em Robots when he was a kid. I had a doll called Susie Smart that talked when you pulled her cord and she came with a little desk and a little chalk board. My sister had a doll called Tippy Toes. Boy does that bring back the memories.

Cowboys and Indians! So VERY 50's! My brother and I in our Roy Rogers and Dale Evans outfits in 1953 I think.

I was born in the early Eighties so I remember I had a bunch of eighties toys like My little ponies, Lasar Tag set, Cabbage Patch Dolls I had atleast 2 even my brother had one and the funny thing was his cabbage patch doll had the same name as his best friend. I also remember having a popple I used to love popples, a pogo ball I think they call them moon balls now but I used to love playing with our pogo ball, This is kind of embarassing but I had a Pee Wee Herman doll that you would pull the string and he would talk. I had a little people doll house and I had the whole family of little people and I even got a little people town. But I think my favorite toy from the eighties was my Talk-N- Play I would play with that thing for hours and I had like over 10 story books to go with it I think my favorite book I had was Govers book of don't press the red button and I would always press the red button cause it would make Grover aggrivated. I think I cried for like a week when my talk-N-Play busted and we couldn't get a new one. Boy Toys back then were so cool toys today or just not the same.
