I do love to shop, even though I hate the mall with a passion. I think earning money while shopping sounds like a good idea for a little extra income. I don't personally know anyone who has worked as a mystery shopper. Is it really worth it? How much time do you have to contribute? How much money and free merchandise would I earn? How do I find out if a mystery shopper company is legit? What are job requirements?

I'd love to hear some imput :)

My mom used to do it for Jiffy Lube. She'd go in and get an oil change and she'd have a little checklist of things she had to look for...anything from customer service to refreshments in the waiting room to the cleanliness of the bathrooms. The company would pay for her oil change, but I'm not sure if she actually got paid for it.

She also tried doing it for Target once. Like...Target hired her to go look for stuff at Walmart. But the Walmart was such a mess, she gave up.
