Well they did mention their prom night and there was the episode where they took the picture for their 15th class reunion (Roseanne found out about Dan and Phyllis Zimmer). There was another one where high school friends were at the house and a jerk was telling embarrassing stuff about everyone. He held up a pair of Roseanne's underware.
All this info leads me to believe they made it to senior year. Whether they graduated or not is unclear to me.

Dan mentioned that he borrowed money from Roseanne's parents in the episode "Friends and Relatives" when he was talking to Jackie in the Lobo.

I agree-- one usually doesn't get invited to a high school reunion unless they graduated. Maybe only one of them did, and the drop-out road shotgun. Or, if they didn't graduate, maybe they were invited back because Dan was such a big high school football star-- sort of an "honorary" invitation. Even if Roseanne didn't graduate, she knew what to do at the ceremony. Remember after David's graduation, when Dan remarked how much he liked it when everybody threw the "funny" graduation hats in the air, and David agrees saying something like, "Yeah, I only wished Mrs. Conner would have asked me first."
