I've noted this elsewhere, but the union of CBS and Paramount is one of the WORST things that could have happened to classic TV fans. The quality of their DVDs have totally deteriorated, as we've seen with the music clearance issues that have plagued, oh, ALL of their releases. And of course the Happy Days/Laverne and Shirley/Mork and Mindy triad are no exception. And this is a lesser crime but means a lot to other people, but notice that under CBS, logo replacement has run even more rampant. When Viacom was releasing the Paramount DVDs, they treated them with much more respect. Music issues were supposedly less, and heck, we saw the Split Box Paramount logo returned to Happy Days ('80s syndie reruns can't even boast that!) and other places. Now we have the replacements and edits due to music clearance, and CBS-Paramount's boring "(Lazy) Eye in the Sky" logo.

I know a lot of us hate them for being an "evil" corporation and for the Youtube thing, but Viacom needs to regain control of Paramount's TV output. (Actually this might all be a moot point, as the CBS thing could be just a technicality, and the buck still stops with Viacom)
