Knowing it's an 80s show, but there were topics dealt with that still stands the test of time. Which episode do you personally think stands the test of time.

"Breaking Point", which deals with teen suicide, has stood the test of time. Suicide among teenagers is still a major problem in 2006. Probably even more so than it was in 1981.

Yeah Breaking Point defientely.... and this is a little off topic but I wouldnt be me if i didnt pull off topic but I was watching the ep "The Facts of Love" I think it is 1st Season when Mrs. Garrett teaches the sex ed class and being in high school myself its so weird how things have changed in sex ed classes!!

I'm really bad with titles, but this series had a lot of good characters and I think many episodes held up with time.

"Breaking Point" - it's chilling as the girls didn't even know there was a problem with their fellow student until it was too late.

I think the episode that stood the test of time when it came to addresing serious topics was the one where Blair's mom had breast cancer. "A Friend in Need". This still is a serious thing among women today and I thought that the point was driven home when Blair confronted her mom in the hotel room.

I've been looking for 3rd season everywhere. I would do amazon but mom thinks buying these is stupid :rolleyes: so I cant use her card. SO i have to actually find it in a store and hope I can afford to buy it and dont need to put gas in my car anytime soon, so if i saw it right now we'd be good cause I'm on a full tank.
