I haven't been on the site today, but I have had that problem many times in the past. It's so annoying to be in the middle of a video, only to have it shut off part way through. Not sure what causes it, but the problem has always resolved itself for me, so hopefully it won't be an ongoing thing for you.

I've not had it just shut off, but it takes me a while to watch something. I have DSL but not the expensive DSL so mine just runs at 256k or something like that. So, I just turn the sound on and let the whole thing load in another window then come back and watch it a little later. Or, I can alternately let it partially load and then start it over to watch it so that it's still loading and I'm watching what has finished already.

I didn't realize people were having problems with it shutting off. Are you logged in when you are watching things? I don't know if that would help or not, but it might not hurt. Usually I am, I had to get an account to watch something and I seem to stay logged in now when I visit although I used to watch things without an account there. It only takes a moment to sign up.
