It was one of the top stories on yahoo when I posted it. Well that, and Christina Ricci being tapped for the upcoming "Speed Racer"

Yeah... I'm thinking I'm going to turn that role down. My schedule is just too busy, and I prefer to make less "mainstream" movies. Did anyone catch me in Black Snake Moan?
Seriously, Michael Skakel does not deserve a second trial. I will never forget his comment about the fact that "I'll never get caught because I'm a Kennedy." Blech. He's exactly where he belongs.
I don't think he should get another trial either. He was free all those years to have a life while poor Martha was dead in her grave.

I get a laugh everytime I hear him or any member of the media refer to him as a "Kennedy".
He's no more a Kennedy than the Beagle I had when I was 10.
His family member married into the Kennedy line, so only she is now a Kennedy, by marriage though, not by blood, and only her children can claim Kennedy relationship, because of being half Kennedy by genetics.
Technically and biologically, no one else in her family, besides her and her children, can lay claim to being related to the Kennedy's.
The only Kennedy cousins he's related to are the ones his relative had, and only those, because they are also half related to him by blood, but he is definitely not related to any of the rest of the kennedy family, no matter how much he might like to fantasize himself to be.
I agree he doesn't deserve a 2nd trial, he's exactly where he deserves to be. Worst of all, he's not even in the least bit sorry about what he did.

I have read a fair bit on this case, and I am quite certain one of the two brothers did it, but I don't see the evidence as being that much more directed to Michael as the guilty one. His story about being up in the tree having a hand party was pretty suspicious though.
