Happy Friday The 13th!!

Are any of you superstitious about this day at all? If so, in what way?
I'm not; for me it's just another day like any other.

I broke my leg on a Friday the 13th so it is a bit scary.

I never used to be.

But this morning I had set my alarm for 5:30 so that I could be at work by 7:00. I didn't wake up until 10:00. That made me very late.

That doesn't bother me. What bothers me is that was the first time I've ever overslept. In my life! And it just had to be on the morning of an all important store meeting. That was an immediate reprimand. That'll go on my record. Nice!

There were other things that happened that made me wonder whether there was something out to get me today. I didn't realize it was the 13th until just a few minutes ago. Perhaps there was something in the day.

But then, this was the first Fri. 13th I can think of to bring such bad luck.

I prefer to make my own luck.

There is nothing scary about friday the 13th its only in everyone head, if you dont think about it nothing will happen.

The weird thing is, Friday the 13ths have always brought me GOOD days (not good luck, lol). I had such a good day shopping at the mall last night, and my afternoon shift at work was smooth. I've had several good Friday the 13th days in the past few years :)

I don't recall anything bad that's happened to me on a Friday the 13th. So it doesen't really bother me. Before I used to think about it a lot but now it's not in my mind.

I actually had a great day yesterday for a Friday the 13th!! haha....I just got my hair cut Thursday night & EVERYONE at my school was complimenting me about it then on Friday!! :lol:
