For me, it's "That's so Raven". "The suite life" is okay, but not as good as TSR. "Hannah Montana" is dubbed to Swedish on my Disney Channel, and I can't stand that, so I haven't been able to watch this show. I haven't watched "Cory in the house" yet either. But I liked "Smart Guy" when it was on Disney Channel.
