I didn't to record the ep-"Good Night Sweet Vera" and I'm glad I did because she was a NUTBALL in this ep-lol When they were trying to keep her conscious I changed the channel-lol Vera was a Nutcase

Her character changed DRAMATICALLY from the first season to the later seasons. She even married. She was really a screwball in the early seasons.

Chrissy was dumb. Vera was a basket case. I stated on another thread that Vera looked like she should have been on those "special buses".

Why did Mel hire her in the first place? So he could get away with paying her so cheap?:crazy:

Wow! That is the first time that I recorded from ION when this episode aired and you did not tape it? I have it on DVD if you change your mind. Anyway, I am with Ms. Irene on the fact that Vera did change over the years. She got a little spunk added to her character. I used to feel so sorry for her. When she gave that fake producer that flower and said that she made it, I really thought that she was a special case. My heart went out to her. I am glad that some adjustments were made to the character.:p

Let us be nice people. You had to feel bad for her. I loved her character.
