Hey everyone! I know I don't post here as much as I did before but just letting you all know so you don't think I'm dead :lol: my family and I are going to Las Vegas for spring break tomorrow. I'll be coming back at around midnight on Friday/Saturday, so it's pretty much for the whole week. I'm super psyched not only cuz I love Vegas, but also because it'll be my first time on an airplane! :woohoo: I'll try to get on as much as I can because I'll be bringing my laptop with me (hopefully I can get Internet access in the hotel) but for the most part, I'm just going to enjoy myself by catching some heat, walking around the Strip, pigging out at the buffets, watching a couple of stage shows ... I'm only 18 so I can't gamble or drink or anything like that. :lol: Anyway, I'll miss you all while I'm gone. You all take care of yourself now. :wave: :hug:

Hey everyone! I told you I'd check in. :D I think I'll have Net access only till the late night/early morning though. Thanks for all your well wishes. Things have been going pretty well so far. Our flight yesterday was delayed by about 45 minutes but that was all good. We had dinner at the buffet in our hotel, sooooo delicious. :liplick: Butttt I didn't sleep last night AT ALL. :lol: I don't know, I just have this weird habit of not being able to sleep well on the first night at a hotel. But it's even weirder that I wasn't able to sleep. So I had breakfast from McDonald's and went swimming at about 8AM today, then we walked around the Strip and made a couple of stops at M&M World and that Coca-Cola place right next to it. Then after lunch my siblings and I went to play some games at the amusement center at the hotel. Couple of hours later, the entire family headed to the Stratosphere for dinner and to watch the "American Superstars" show. Pretty awesome...great performances by inpersonators of Elvis, Britney Spears, Michael Jackson, Christina Aguilera, and Tim McGraw. We also went to the very top of the tower, which offered a great 360-degree view of the city and surrounding areas.

Ohhhh TF, and I missed AI on both nights! :mad: :( But I got to watch the performance videos on YouTube and a couple of friends got me caught up, so I'm good. :D

I am so jealous!! I love Vegas! And I don't even gamble.

:wave: I got back from Vegas last night. To fill you in on the past couple of days...On Thursday, we watched the Xtreme Magic show starring Dirk Arthur at the Tropicana. It was pretty cool. I don't think I've ever attended a magic show where the magician turns people into big cats or makes people disappear. :lol: My siblings and I then went to Circus Circus where we rode a couple of rides at the Adventuredome, a real indoor amusement park. On Friday we couldn't do that much cuz we had to return our rental car at 5, so before that time we went to the Rio where my siblings and I went bowling and the entire family had lunch at the Carnival World Buffet (BTW, best selection of food EVER...they offer an abundance of American, Italian, Mexican, and Asian food, it's freaking amazing :drool: ). After that we had to wait at the airport for about five hours till our flight, LOL.

Overall, I had a pretty good trip. I felt like I could've done more though...Every time I go to Vegas, we always walk around the different hotels but we didn't get to do that much this year. It doesn't get old for me, so I'm sad that I missed out on that. I also like it better over the summer where there's more people and it's livelier. I only wanna go back there at that time, and/or when I turn 21 so I could do everything there. ;)

Anyway, again, thank you all for your well wishes. I had a fun time. :D
