I recall watching a Northern Exposure episode, "Goodbye To All That," the episode where Shelly at the bar became obsessed with satellite TV.
One of the shows was a Magnum episode. I'm trying to figure out which episode it was.

The episode had Magnum and Higgins on a boat in the ocean. It was raining. They were in rain coats.

Anyone recall which Magnum episode this was?

I've done a little searching but can't find this online.
