It's a replica of the original car. The original is hanging inside Planet Hollywood, inside Caesar's Palace Casino in Atlantic City, NJ.

There was only one Dragula used for the original series and the Munster, Go Home movie.

For the movie it was modified. The original glass headlamps were replaced by metal lamps and the glass bubble top was replaced with a very short windshield, (to accommodate Fred Gwynne in the Herman make-up and costume.) The replacement parts are still on the car in Atlantic City.
