I don't know if they were Halloween shows, but the ones I really liked were:

One when Dharma and Greg find out that there is an upper part to their closet that has a sinister looking doll collection up there!

The other one when a neighbor dies and "inhabits" Dharma's body.

The 3rd one was when Dharma buys that old fashioned car and Greg adapts the persona of the former owner.
