anybody else got it!??!?!?!?!?!
I'm working on this story and I've got the biggest block of writer's block:mad:
well, Agatha Christie always said the best place to get ideas is when you're doing the dishes... so!
I get it all the time.
This reply would have been longer, but it took me an hour to come up with this.

Oooooh yes! I had writer's block for nearly 2 years and I can tell you it's not fun!
I've found that watching a movie I really like can sometimes get the juices going for inspiration on characters and such. Perhaps you could even write a fanfic based on characters already created (even if this isn't your thing, at least you can get your toe dipped in to writing again).
Also, I've noticed that if I re-read a story I've completed, I get that same old energetic, proud feeling I had when I wrote it and it'll make me want to write another one pretty fast :)
I hope those suggestions helped! :)

yeah, i totally dig writing FF!
sadly, not many people post on the GI fanfiction boards though!  :D
Yesterday I decided to a new piece for my myspace blog which is a continuation of a multi chapter story I've written; and of course I have no ideas. Now I am under a deadline because I promised a friend a new chapter will be posted next week.
Ideas usually come to me at work when I'm doing boring repetative tasks that allow my mind to wander.
So it is always important to have a notebook with you at all times.
That's pretty much all the advice I can give another writer.
