APRIL 1, 1972

“The Case Of The Missing Monkee”, Episode No. 17 of The Monkees (prod. #4731, aired on NBC January 9 and July 24, 1967), was repeated @ noon EST on CBS.

APRIL 3, 1967

“The Monkees Get Out More Dirt” (prod. #47??) first aired @ 7:30 p.m. EST on NBC as the 29th episode of The Monkees. Julie Newmar (The Catwoman of Batman fame) guests.

The sponsor was Yardley Of London™, and the song featured was “The Girl I Knew Somewhere” (erroneously listed as “A Girl I Knew Somewhere”), written by Michael Nesmith and produced by Douglas Farthing Hatlelid.

APRIL 3, 1971

“The Spy Who Came In From The Cool”, Episode No. 5 of The Monkees (prod. #4702, aired on NBC October 10, 1966 and June 12, 1967), was repeated @ 12:30 p.m. EST on CBS, with a new song added: "All Alone In The Dark," written by Soles and Albright.

Trivia Footnote: Around this time, an obscure single release, "Do It In The Name Of Love" b/w "Lady Jane," was issued on the Bell label, and simply credited to Davy Jones and Micky Dolenz.

"Monkee Mayor", Episode No. 34 of The Monkees (prod. #4760, first aired on NBC October 2, 1967), was repeated @ noon EST on CBS.

Trivia Footnote: "Oh My My," b/w "I Love You Better," was released around this time (Colgems #5011) as The Monkees' 12th and final single.

The Monkees was preempted on ABC by American Bandstand.
