Does anyone else find this one wierd? I think it was a CIA thing

it seemed like most of the cases w/ the men in black, like the girl who saw someone walking in a black suit, why was that even on? I see people walking down the street in suits all the time that are cleanshaven, lets put it on tv. Anyways, the only credible one was that window tinter. Were you interested in this because of will smith in the movie men in black? ha
