Many fans complain that the fanfiction board needs more material. I was thinking
that a good idea would be to open it up to poetry, as well. Poetry could get into the
characters' minds very well, create scenarios to picture, etc., and could say as little or
as much as it wanted. Many times fans seem to resist writing fictions because they have
an idea but haven't quite decided how to work out the technicalities of a plot. Of course,
stories are great, but poems would allow some authors alot more freedom. They could,
for example, focus on only one character, one thought, one moment, if they so chose.
