I haven't actually seen this segment, but I recently saw a preview of it. The victim's first name was Kevin, last name was Wheel or Wheat, or something like that. He was killed while driving in California, the victim of a gang shooting, but he wasn't the intended target. His parents were seeking the killer(s). Any info would be appreciated, thanks.

UM defineately did a segment on Kevin Wheel, from memory he went missing but I could be wrong. I can picture his parents making banners and posters and standing on the side of the streets with them. I'll add this to my 're-watch' list and let you know more details.

I re-watched this one and you are right, he was murdered. He was associated with a gang and shot and killed in a drive by fashion. There is no update on my recording.
